This Austin bathroom remodel began with more than a cosmetic update. The existing shower had significant water damage and drainage problems, so the first priority was correcting the underlying issues and rebuilding the space properly before moving on to the finishes.
We removed the damaged materials, addressed the drainage issues, and rebuilt the shower with proper waterproofing and detailing. Taking care of those hidden construction problems first gave the homeowners confidence that the finished bathroom would not only look better, but perform the way it should for years to come.
Once the structural and waterproofing work was complete, we rebuilt the bathroom with a cleaner, more polished look. Careful tile installation, updated finishes, and thoughtful detailing helped turn a problem area into a space that feels fresh, functional, and well constructed.

Once a tight, dark second-story bathroom, this space was transformed into a serene spa-like retreat. Designed with a soaking tub for two, heated floors, and Venetian plaster walls, the finished bathroom feels bright, calming, and luxurious while making thoughtful use of the existing space.
