Kris’s work is impeccable, and Lisa was super communicative throughout the process on status, budgets, and the timeline. This was the least anxiety I’ve ever had during a renovation because I knew what was going on and the work consistently looked superb (I didn’t know how exciting drywall could be). Lisa was very open with all their costs and updated me weekly with the budget status. I actually looked forward to these emails and I have raved to everyone in my life about her budget spreadsheets. All the Dwell employees and subcontractors were also wonderful to work with and reflected Kris’s attention to detail. The space was kept clean and organized at the end of every day which just added to my feeling of relief and trust during the project. But above all the room turned out looking incredible. He has an incredibly keen attention to detail as well. Our tile has intricate patterns and the way he managed to manipulate them around edges and ledges is stunning. He also gave valuable guidance regarding some of the finishing touches. It really took the overall look from good to great!
